1) So what exactly do I get for my money?

For your 100 dollars (plus a few extra dollars in paypal fees) you will receive:

NOT INCLUDED in 24 hour period guarantee:

3xRevisions to the logo(s) of your choice -
Also included in the $100 dollar fee is THREE (3) TOTAL revisions* of any of your completed logos.  This can be one revision for each of your 3 logo designs, or 3 separate revisions for any one (1) logo design – the choice is yours.

*A “revision” includes color changes, and minor changes to the fonts or graphics

NOTE:  The revision period, while still speedy, depends entirely on the how long it takes to get the necessary feedback from the client.  Because of this we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for completing these revisions – but we will do everything we can to work as fast as we can.

On final logo selection:

Once a client has chosen the logo they want, we will provide a high quality JPEG, a vector .eps file, a transparent BG .PNG logo, and PMS color numbers if necessary.

The client owns full rights to the use of this logo with the sole exception that 100dollar1daylogo retains the right to display the logo for portfolio purposes.

2) How does it work / how do I request a logo?

Once you submit your request form, and once we’ve confirmed payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know when your logos will be done.  Once your 3 designs have been completed, you will again be notified via email and will be provided with a link to view your designs.  It is on this page that you can leave comments, feedback, and make your 3 design update requests.  Once those requests have been made, and completed, you will then choose your final logo and we will provide you will completed file in 3 different formats.  It’s as easy as that!

3) What if I need more time?  I want to make sure I choose the right logo!

Don’t worry – although WE keep ourselves on a strict 24 hour deadline – you can take as much time as you’d like to decide on which logo you like and what revisions you want to see.  So it’s the best of both worlds – we’ll get you your logo options in a day, then you can take as long as you want to decide.  Show your logo to your family, friends, penpals, or anyone you like – just be careful…they might get jealous cause your logo is cooler, and was cheaper, than theirs.

4) What file format will my final logo be in?

You will receive a high quality JPEG, a PNG with transparent BG, and a vector .EPS file.   We will also provide you with the PMS colors of your logo if necessary (say you’re printing your logo on vinyl, embroidering it, or just want to know for the heck of it.)

5)  Revisions?  What are those?

After you’ve received your 3 logos in less than a day – we’re still not done.  You’ll probably have a logo you love, but what would it look like in fuchsia?  Or black and white?  Or with a different font?  Don’t worry – cause your $100 bucks also gets you three revisions.   So go ahead, request a new color, or a minor change to the graphics, or a different font.  Cause we want you to LOVE your logo, even if you haven’t known it for very long.

NOTE:  The 24 hour timeframe / guarantee do not apply to the revisions of your logo.  We can only work as fast as you get us feedback – so while we’ll be quick about it, it all depends on you telling us what you’d like to see changed.   Capeesh?

6) What if I don’t like any of my 3 logos?

Everyone’s tastes are different and while we try to provide every client with the most professional logos possible, sometimes a client just isn’t happy.  Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee happiness.   You can, however, go through another 24-hour design process for another $100 bucks where you’ll get 3 new suberb logos to choose from (and lets face, you still can’t find a better deal than 6 logos for $200 bucks in 2 days)

And if you’re really really really really really REALLY not happy – which rarely happens to us (actually, it hasn’t happened yet) – you can send us the reason why on the contact page and we’ll do all we can to turn that frown upside-down.

7) I was charged 102 dollars – isn’t this $100 dollar logo?

Yes, due to paypal fees, you may be charged another dollar or two – but trust us, it’s better than if you were paying tax on it.

8) I lost my password to my URL.  How can I view my logos?

Just email us at designers@100dollar1daylogo.com and we’ll send you a new one.

9) I never recieved a followup email from you

If it’s been more than 24 hours and you haven’t received an email from signing up, it’s probably one of two things -

a) Did you finish the paypal payment?  We can’t get started until we get payment.

b) Check your junk mail.  Sometimes things end up in there.

If it’s neither of these things, and if it’s our fault, and if you haven’t gotten your logo within 24 hours of signup/payment – then your logo is on us, free of charge!

10) This is crazy – my logo is awesome, it came in less than a day like you said – how do you guys do it?

We do it cause we love it – but we can’t do it, or love it, without business from good folks like you.   So tell your friends, family, racquetball team, or anyone else you can think of that 100dollar1daylogo is the best place for quick, quality, cost-effective logos.
